1. Terms & Conditions:
  1. Eligibility
    This campaign is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above. Employees of Holista and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Campaign Period
    The campaign ends at 11:59 PM on 18 May 2025 (Sunday). Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
  3. How to Participate
    • Participants must submit their Mother’s Day wish thru ‘Submit Your Wish‘ button. 
    • Only one (1) submission per participant is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  4. Prizes
    • The 10 most creative Mother’s Day wishes, as judged by the Holista marketing team, will each win 1 bottle of LACTO-5 Probiotics 30s as a gift for their mother.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. Winner Selection & Announcement
    • Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and heartfelt expression.
    • Winners will be announced on the Holista Facebook page by 23 May 2025 (Friday) and will be contacted via Facebook Messenger for prize collection details.
    • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Holista reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select the next eligible submission.
  6. Prize Delivery
    • Winners must provide a valid Malaysian address for delivery. Prizes will be shipped within 14 working days after confirmation of address.
    • Holista will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by winners.
  7. Rights & Permissions
    • By participating, you grant Holista the right to use, reproduce, and share your submitted wishes (with credit) for marketing or promotional purposes.
  8. General Conditions
    • Holista reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
    • All decisions made by Holista are final and binding.
    • By participating in the campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  9. Privacy
    • Any personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of this campaign and handled in accordance with Holista’s privacy policy.
