Terms & Conditions:
1. This campaign is valid for purchases of Pristin, Lacto-5, Narcox, Bitreen, Moo, Shartilage, and Nutracare products made between 1st March 2025 and 30th April 2025, and is only valid in physical retail stores.
2. Customers must provide complete details and upload the original purchase receipt via the provided link.
3. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to redeem once.
4. The campaign is open to residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.
5. Participants must submit their purchase receipts via QR Code within 7 days from the date of purchase.
6. Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
7. Each valid HP number can only redeem once, and rebate will be processed with the HP number submitted.
8. Participants must download and activate GRAB app before submission.
9. The rebate will be processed within 10 working days after verification by HOLISTA.
10. The rebate is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. HOLISTA shall not be responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the submission or redemption process.
12. HOLISTA reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
